I've been on the giving and receiving end of this bug a few times. It can make a person paranoid. It must be something screwy with the server updating info after you switch squads or switch teams. That's when it has happened to me.

I have had the same thing happen to me. I shot ABPOSITIVE who was on my team by mistake because he had a red nametag above him. I just wish people in general would realize that this bug exists and restrain punishing the inadvertent tk caused by this bug.
