Learn to forgive TK...
As a rule I forgive all TKs unless it happens repeatedly from the same person. I mean c'mon, if you get TKed randomly it's unlikely that the person's doing it intentionally. I'm sure we've all been kicked for laying down mines etc. That's just stupid. The server is not ranked, so TKing to reduce their rank score is pointless as a punishment. At best you're warning the person to be more careful, at worst you're discouraging him from using defensive mines or something.
Perhaps the auto kick from TK count should be increased. If there really is someone intentionally TKing call a manual vote and let everyone know, or an admin can handle it. |

Re: Learn to forgive TK...
I agree TPG. I've yet to punish someone someone for TK. It would need to be blatantly obvious that they were doing it on purpose. I've killed far too many teammates by accident (grenades, coming around a corner and panic shooting) myself. It's easy to do.
Also, I've yet to see anything like that behavior on a TG server (just lucky?) If I did, I think I would get a permament solution via teamspeak anyway. And if you die via a friendly mine, that almost always the drivers fault. Or, at worst, just a product of the fog of war. |

Re: Learn to forgive TK...
Sometimes I'll step on a friendly mine and blow up, but I'll even laugh at myself, because I know it was my mistake.. I forgive all TKs even if they are repeated except if it's something another person is doing that is REALLY stupid, like when I'm walking on a road and a guy can see me from like a mile away, has plenty of time and space to dodge me, but just thinks it's pretty funny to run me over. Argh, those people make me mad... I guess some don't realize that by doing that not only are you getting people mad at you, but you're making your own job harder, because for the next 15 seconds the other team has one person more on their favor.

Re: Learn to forgive TK...
It definitely doesn't rule when someone runs out in front of you though. The other night on kubra dam i was taking off in a jet, and here comes somebody onto the runway. I gave it left full rudder hoping to miss him and wound up getting a tk AND splattering myself on an obstacle LOL.
