I don't see many "bug" fixes listed.

Tweak to the transport helicopters? Interesting.

How about tweaking the IFF bug?

This patch is currently underway and will undergo thorough testing before it goes out to avoid the problems that have occurred in the past. There are over 140 fixes and improvements in this patch. Here are just a few of them:

Server and Client performance improvements
Improved Server Browser – added Favorites and History Lists.
Point-farming prevention - game will stop Support/Medic/Engineer point farming exploits.
Squads - locked squad leader will get a message if someone wants to join.
Many HUD improvements - see the names of others in your vehicle, zoom level changing depending on vehicle, map zoom depending on map setup (16, 32 or 64 player map) etc.
Teamkilling changes – the logic of how teamkills are tracked will be changed.
Gameplay tweaks - the way transport helicopters work will be tweaked.
Additional scoring changes - players who destroy an enemy commander's assets will be given points.

140 fixes ouch....that has to be a EA record.....more names will be shown of whos in the vehicle does that really matter, i dont care whoes in the BH as long as they are doing there job....no kidding point farming....i hope its good cuase i got something growing here!

the improved server browser might be nice....but there are "many many more fixes"

I think it's a nice fix. When someone the squad sais something and the squad is split in 2 vehicules, I sometimes wonder if it applies to me or not since I don't know if the person who talks is in my vehicule.

I just had to register and post there complaining about the lack of a IFF fix. It almost seems like they refuse to publicly acknowledge that such a bug exists.

This is actually the only part of the patch details that I like.

Good news... I just saved a bunch of money by switching to Geico. A 15 minute call could save you 15% or more.

That usually means that haven't determined the cause of it and don't want to make any mention of working on it because they don't know how long it will take.

It's going to take them a MONTH to do all that little stuff? What the heck?
