Server #1 freeze time

This seems to be broken again. I thought there was another thread on this, but I looked back about 5 pages and didn't see one.

I load the maps pretty quickly, usually one of the first (if not the first) person in the game. By the time I've selected my class and spawn point for the first time, I spawn either instantly or within 5 seconds.

This is actually causing problems, as whatever team has more players in quicker gains a huge advantage. Last nights 11pm Oman map was a prime example: MEC owned all but the west beach flag within the first 30sec because the US had only 2-3 people spawned.

Any idea what's up with this, admin-type peoples?

The recent patch and a BF2CC bug has been causing some settings to reset or not "stick". We'll try to get that corrected.
