What's with getting kicked?!
Seems like lately I get kicked for no reason at all, no teamkills and it's usually when i just join the game. Now I assume that's b/c a supporting user calls in but other times i'll be on for an hour and get kicked.
Just now i got kicked by Punkbuster for some reason and was banned for 5 minutes. All i was doing was leading a squad, hell I didn't even have more than 3 kills let alone any T/Ks |

Re: What's with getting kicked?!
PunkBuster just released a new update today. If your client has not yet downloaded the update through a server, it's probably kicking you. This happens when PB releases their updates as the game servers will only stream updates to so many people at once.
My recommendation is the automated PunkBuster Setup tool that does all the updates for you outside of the game and makes sure you're up to snuff. Download PunkBuster Setup Tool Here

Re: What's with getting kicked?!
It is a problem.. We are losing 10+ players at a time to this plague.

Re: What's with getting kicked?!
OMG this sucks so much, I was having an awesome round with a tank with loads of kills and suddenly I get kicked, saying due to prior kick ban, I'll update manually with pbweb.exe and see if it helps

Re: What's with getting kicked?!
Maybe we can temporarily disable PB? I doubt we typically have cheaters coming to our site, anyways. At least until we can figure out what the heck is causing it.
I was also kicked last night by PB during the Karkland map at around 9 EST. I asked an admin if he could remove me from the ban list so I could rejoin and he said the list looked clear..no bans present.
