Battlerecorder ?

Did you folks decide the Battlecorder Screwed the server up too much to put it on Pub Server 1? We have had some great games over the past few weeks and would have loved to see them in Technicolor... Any Chance for the 'Corder to make an appearance on Pub #1??

Thanks!

peardog..

Re: Battlerecorder ?

I just use fraps to record videos. Much easier and straight to AVI

Re: Battlerecorder ?

the battle recorder doesn't lag up your own game like Fraps does, and you can change cameras and people

Re: Battlerecorder ?

Yeah, it's not recommended to run the BattleRecorder on a 64 player server over the Internet. I think it's already strained enough running it with 48 players. The recordings are great though.

http://www.growlersoftware.com

I have this from my WW2OL days. Need to get it on new computer to test with BF2.

Nice thing about this is it only records when a bound key is pressed and you can bind 3 keys (Ithink). So I normally have Left Mouse and joystick triggers set. Also nice to have a button to just record.
