i hate it for 1 reason because tommy said that the loading time was slow and because the oline line play was laggy but all the stuff he said depends on the computer you have, and worst of all he gave one of the beest games out there today "battlefield 2" a 8.5 out of 10. Do you think battlefield 2 desever a better or worst raking than what he gave?

I tend to use ratings as a vague idea of what people are thinking of the game. Moreso I try and pay attention to what the reviewer points out during the review to see what the key flaws and upsides a game has. Rating systems are all flawed because a game can get a 6.9 and be considered 'not good'. So is that to mean on a 1-10 scale, games that get 7+ are the only good games out there? Kinda defeats the purpose of a rating system when 70% of your scale people will just assume is a bad game. If I get an 85% on third year university course final, am I happy? Better believe it. So what's wrong with bf2 having an 8.5? Nothing. Do you enjoy it? Sounds like it from your sig so who cares what the rating it was given by some show?

The 8.5 came from Tallarico who does music for games and admits to being a casual gamer so I don't really use his opinions as any sort of rating for a game. And the other guy... well I just plain don't like him. Also, the show sucks.

8.5 sounds about right given the balance issues (*cough helitanks cough*). Though if we consider the immaturity and idiocy of the majority of the players, it's about a 2.
