It's quite odd to use 64 players when all 64 players will not be used in every shot. I think it would be practical to reuse actors in different shots. It'll be a lot easier than getting 64 players to show up at the same time. When TE did the SWAT 4 video, we had a lot of trouble getting 5 players together so that's something to really think about.

and they could use bots as extras. in fact, this whole thing could be filmed with bots using the many bot hacks.

Anyway, this movie will make up the story for how the war between America, China, MEC, (and all the factions involved in coming expansion packs) started and ended. I won't be starting this until SF comes out. Episode one I might do before however.

This is my oppinion, and I been watching game movies for probly to many years now, so you probly dont want to read this... when you say you need "actors", to me it sounds like the whole thing is "staged", acting out a scenario... oh wait you want to make episodes... please dont get me started... staged movies are lame, looks way to fake and noob, I am not usualy harsh like this, delete this if you want, just dont make a staged movie, makes Le baby Jesus cry

alright I respect ur opinion, from the info I have right now it would be some staging like the position you would be in and stuff like that ten the rest in improve.

Yeah I do prefer live stuff so I sometimes watch www.tsncentral.com live matches on video using their own audio/video protocol called TVSN a few times a week. Regardless of the game itself or who makes the movie, it has ALWAYS been difficult to gather ppl to make a game movie, but for the "actors" themselves it's usualy alot of fun.

I hope I don't come across as being too much of a jerk, but here goes:

/Constructive criticism

I would highly suggest in the future that you learn some patience. Not many people sit on these boards all day long pounding the refresh button. You should also take the time to form complete (and correct, if possible) sentences without all the, "ur" "u" "b" etc. in them. People will take you much more seriously if you did so. I know I cringe on the inside when I read this "stuff".

/Constructive criticism off

Good luck to you in your making of this "movie".

Of course this place isn't an English class. I don't mind people using Internet slang to save time. Although you sound serious about this video, you don't look serious. Some people really do judge books by their covers but that's because they don't have time to deal with what's inside.

You're essentially selling this video to people. You want them to be interested. We won't care unless you look like you care too. Do yourself a favour and take all the constructive criticism here. Make this the one post you write clearly and professionally.

Here are some visuals we use to coordinate the scenes. This movie and the rest of the series would be filmed like in real life, with filming scenes in random then putting them together.
