Broken avatar pictures?

I'm not sure if it is just me or not, but some people's avatar pictures from their posts show up distorted as if they are corrupted or something, is anynoe else having this problem?

Yeah I am. I was just about to post about it. It only has started happening over the past couple of days or so. I have no idea what is wrong but at least you know that you are not alone
