Thumbs up Kudos to TG Admins on PW night

I decided to play a round as CO since no one was stepping up and was greeted by a squad leader who basically ignored most of what I told him and decided to curse at me most of the round. Once the admins found out, he was rapidly booted. That's why I keep playing at TG and why I'm a supporting member. Thanks for providing a decent mature place to game!

7. Criticism: [FDB]Raub, MEC FDB squad leader. For doing almost nothing constructive with your squad. I know, I joined it. You played as sniper, and never gave your squad orders or objectives or led them in almost any way. Go do that on the pubs, pls.

Hawt!

Thanks for the kind words.

I was not playing tonight, but it's good to read all the same.

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Root: Welcome to TG. Feel free to punctuate your sentences correctly. Monkerz: Its gonna take all my skills to beat those boys off in the future.

Nothing makes me more mad than a squad leader that doesnt follow orders. I always keep TS open for these situations and the admins are always very prompt about booting if neccesary. They dont complain or anything and just do it. Thats partly why TG is so damn good compared to most other communities because the admins know what theyre doing.

Yeah, I heard the whole exchange, and Bommando was on the ball.
In fact, he was flying a jet at the time. One hand on the joystick, one hand performing admin duties.

Re: Kudos to TG Admins on PW night

While not gripping about our policy on in subordination, there does seem to be a lack of good leadership on PW nights. Both SL and CO. My squad experience took a turn for the worse once the PS went up last night. Anyone else encounter this?

Re: Kudos to TG Admins on PW night

I notice a distinct dearth of COs anymore, even on PW nights. I was forced to CO for two maps even though I was completely not in the mood for it. Very few people stepping up for that important duty.

I usually don't lock squads, but I was trying to get a group of 7th guys together. Turns out more of them were on the other team. Jump in with me any other time, I'll make sure you have some fun...or at least die trying

We had a CO last night who didn't have a mic...but at least it was better that no CO.

Hmmm, sorry, I have to back up my squad leader JMJ. We had a rough time last night defending and attacking , sometimes the same flag over and over. JMJ did a fantastic job.
