Can defib paddles cause TK's?

I once heard that the medics defib paddles will cause a TK but I've never experienced it. I play medic almost exclusivly and I'm pretty sure that I've paddled a team member because another medic made it to him just a split second before, but have never got a TK for it. Thanks in advance.

Yes they can. I've done it before in a knife fight.

And a couple people were TK'ing our team on Sharqi monday.
They were using knives and shock paddles to kill and revive.

i'm pretty sure it's not possible. i've stood there and zapped teammates multiple times with no effect.

I don't think you can either. I know I have shocked a teammate by accident and it didn't do anything. Maybe I just missed.

Shock paddles have pretty spotty hit recognition, on dead folks at least. Zapping live people is hit or miss at best, and since I get almost zero practice at it (like most people I bet), it's tough to know.

Re: Can defib paddles cause TK's?

No, shock paddles will NOT do anything to people who are alive who are on your team. You will shout "Clear!" and shoot the paddles in front of you, and then charge them up. Don't believe me? Ask a squad member to stand still for a second, walk up RIGHT next to him, point the crosshair in his face and click. Nothing.

I personally prefer Shock Paddle fights than Knife fights, for the single reason that TKs are nonexistant.

i dont think its possible either

the other day i was messin around with 2 others while the rest was buggy racing, i tried at least 50 times and didnt get a single tk, even when they stood still, so i either got a REALLY bad aim or it doesnt work
