We have all of the preliminaries sorted out for this one, so let's get our roster started. There will still be a few things to confirm, so keep checking this original post for details. This post will change frequently as new details are confirmed, so:

What not to post:

• "What time will it be in my time zone?" Work it out.
• "It's not fair! I keep getting pushed out by Supporting Members!" Become one.
• "Can you change the date? I have to get my cat allergy-tested that night." No, I will not change the date to suit your itchy cat.

Use www.timeanddate.com to work out your offset.

Note that some areas will switch back to standard time at 2AM on the 30th in the U.S.

Players will be required for TeamSpeak roll call 1 hour before the scrim.
Anyone who is not present 30 mins before the scheduled start time will be moved to the bottom of the signup order.

How to sign up:

Please only post if you can participate for all 3 maps and are sure you will be able to make it on time for roll call. No maybes, no whining about how you would like it to be held on another day and no whining about time zone differences.

Along with your post, please state your kit specialties and other skills with vehicles or roles. COs and SLs in particular should express their interest early. You should also state if you belong to a TG division, so we can roster you with your teammates.

• You must post your interest personally. You can't reserve spots for others.
• Players will be signed up on a first-come first-served basis.
• Supporting Members get precendence in the order they sign up, then Non-Supporting Members afterwards. Your SM status at the time of signup determines which list you will be on. Once you post, you cannot become a SM later to work your way up the list.
• You can pull out, but if you reconfirm, you will find yourself at the bottom of the roster.
• You may not hand over your spot to another specific player. Your spot will be given to the next available player.

Anybody who doesn't make it on the active roster will be a reserve. I urge reserves to still turn up for TeamSpeak roll call, since there are always a few no-shows and you can always play on Server #1 until you get called.

The server will be set to 64 Players for the scrim.

Tactics:

Rosters will be written by the CO of each match and Tactics will be posted in the Members Only Event Tactics Discussion Forum. Every attempt will be made to keep divisions together and place people where their skills lie.

Bommando - can we keep the names of the scrim channels (waiting, playing, command) consistent between matches? I have keybinds set up for switching, and I'd rather not rebind them at every scrim. Perhaps I'm not the only one ... ?
