(Important!) Daylight saving time
A lot of people seem to be confused about daylight saving time, and many people are incorrectly still using EST, instead of EDT. Let me make this clear:
The time stay the same, but the time zone changes. People who were on EST are now on EDT. People who were on CST are now on CDT. People who were on CET are now on CEST. Use the correct time zone otherwise you can expect people to get the converted time wrong. If you are confused, there is a table here with the conversions. Thank you.

Re: (Important!) Daylight saving time
I knew not all places change, but mostly people from those countries aren't on TG (as far as I know), but I didn't know they didn't all change at the same time...

Re: (Important!) Daylight saving time
This page might help, it lists the variations like Hawaii, parts of Indiana, Australia, etc.
http://www.infoplease.com/spot/daylight1.html There is also one clock in my family room that I find difficult to change, so technically parts of my house do not observe DST. As a convenience to the TG community I will avoid posting from that room. |

Nope. To add to the complexity of it all, in Canada, one province even has a law prohibiting DST... DB

Re: (Important!) Daylight saving time
This shouldn't just be for BF2. This resource should be linked on other pages or in the general forum.
I know a lot of other TG games people including myself get confused what time is what, especially with America having multiple time zones. p.s. Even I know Arizona doesn't observe daylight saving, when average tempratures are around 100 degrees F the less day light hours the better. I don't think Iceland observes the changes either but I think thats more to do with more day light hours than night time.
