The guilt one feels the morning after ...

Well, having cheated on TacMod by playing POE2 Sunday night I feel pretty lousy this Monday morning.

High ping (2500 at times), flag hopping, death from nowhere and everywhere at all times...

I promise to remain faithful to you in the future, TacMod, and I'll never stray again!! Please take me back pleaaaaaaaaase!!

I'm gonna bring your flowers this Thursday and open the door for you and whisper all those pleasantries in your ear...

ANYWAY, for all the people that were sad about no TacMod Sunday (and I heard several complaints over TS), let's plan to be there Thursday. Maybe our mistress will take us back after our treachery!!

I hope she does. She's the best.

If she is, she should know that being traded in for a shinier, yet not always better model is inevitable.

So are mods like ships now? We have to talk about them as if they are women???

Oh, I thought the thread title read "The quilt the morning after"....
Figured it was another one of your late-night stories again Cor .

I still like TacMod, and I'm sure Thursday we'll see some action.

Re: The guilt one feels the morning after...

Whenever TacMod runs they gonna have to shut down the POE server. Or move POE to the primary server so that it can take turns with other mods, booster packs etc. There simply aren't enough TG to spread around more than 1 server, let's face it.

POE is like BF2 with grass.

We aren't spreading TG around, we are opening up multiple servers and letting people go where they choose to go. TG is not a closed community. People come and go all the time. If we had no PoE2 server, everyone would just be playing it somewhere else.

The only fact we need to face right now is that this is like Christmas, and all of the kids got a new toy. Once some of the kids decide they like their other toys better, they will go back to playing TacMod.

Welcome the new kids to TG, and if they like it here, you'll have more kids to play with in the future.

I like PoE2, where as I don't like tacmod. So if that was to happen, I wouldn't be playing at all.

I agree it's Christmas time, but I prefer PoE over Tacmod anyways. Like anything else Tacmod, PoE, and BF2's days are numbered. IMHO.

Personally, I would like to see Tac Mod's improvements and enhancements brought into PoE:2. Then I think we'd have the best of both worlds.

Someone go yank Duke the hell outta wherever in Europe he went.

Personally, I think this EVERYTIME I play POE2... we are still reeling from the loss of Duke AKA "99% of the TacMod" so I can't say this will happen, but I sure will try!

I assume that other than bug fixes (if there are any, seems pretty stable to me), Tacmod development is pretty much on hold?
