I'm assuming all the good server side mods we have will be used for these maps again, like ticket count, sharqui choppers and such, and it will not be true vanilla. At least I'm hoping.

Please do not forget what made the "Good Old Days" A) Good and B) Old. We all remember the unprecedented teamwork, communication, and camaraderie; but let us also remember the nade-spam, AT sniping, flag hopping and related garbage that contributed to the demise of vBF2. During this weekend's campaign, let's push ourselves and our teammates to engage in the former and fight any temptations to participate in the latter.

I personally disagree that AT sniping had anything to do with the demise of vBF2 anywhere - in my view the game lived a long and healthy life, died of natural causes (like being 190 years old).

But however that may be, I do plan to whip out some old skool AT sniping this weekend like that kit was meant to be played, unless of course someone officially representing the TG administration says otherwise.
