Invasion - UFO
Well, me and coupla friends here have started a BF2 mod in the works just to see if we can do it. The concept is pretty simple. USMC and Brits fighting (say this in a deep loud voice) "MEN FROM MARS". Standard vehicles and kits for the troops. The aliens have three standard UFO's. We have the models done and i'll get some pics up pretty quick...they are just standard saucers. The mod hopefully will be kinda campy and fun with some sort of tactical sense to it. If any thing it'll be a nice alternative. The physics will be interesting also. You fire an AT into one of these saucers and you'll prob send him sliding or rolling away from the impact causing the saucer pilot to try to regain control while still trying to fire back on you. Kit weapons will be pretty simple for the aliens...mostly pulse rifles and heavy kits will be some sort of explosive style. Anyways thats enough snipplets for now....i'll update soon....gotta explore the new POE mappack...Yarrrr!
