Eve of Destruction 2

Most of you know me from killing me alot in PoE2. When Im not playing PoE2 I am playing INS or FF for Half-Life 2 or dreaming of playing EoD2 again. It was so awesome when it came out. Had as many players and servers as PoE2. But then it died like overnight.
I think thats because it had no support from TG

Im wondering if you guys will consider a EoD2 server when they do their next release. Even if its just a 16 or 24 or 32 player server.
Id chip in and help pay for it if it meant getting to play EoD2 again.
With some TG guys filling the server I bet it becomes a popular mod again. Well as popular as BF2 mods go.

they just made a new release... they actually have EoD2 and EoD servers running by the guys who made EoD and EoD2.

The Irregulars were just talking about EoD for bf1942.

Contact the BF2 admins and see what they think. At the top, hit Contact Us, then Game Admins then post a thread in there to see if maybe they would be interested.

We had a server here, unless they did some amazing overhaul, EoD2 was pretty lackluster unless you are just a Vietnam setting freak. Look and feel of Vietnam and era, amazing. Gameplay, blah.

Khan, I do not know you or have ever seen you before, but please do not belittle this thread, me, or any other member who posts in the thread. No member writing here is a freak just for a taste in a mod.

I think any member who is interested in the cause should have the balls enough to talk to the admins about setting up a server. Even though I do not have BF2, I am willing to support people who do. I might even get BF2 if the mod gains a foot hold here.
