Sorry about suggesting this idea but I really don't want to get back into mapping/modding on any game. It takes too much of my time and playing PR is already taking much time from me when I have school on the other scale.
But I was wondering if anyone would be interested in making this map.
I was recently watching CNN while eating dinner and I saw they a major offensive is going on right now.
The 'make it yourself' is a standard response as most of the full time mappers have existing projects already and many maps are made by regular players who want to contribute to the mod and have specific ideas like you posted here.

Just because everyone does something does not mean that it is right to do.
Not only that, but this proposal was incredibly vague. You didn't provide any terrain references, map size, supporting photographs, vehicle layout, or anything.
Alright now, if you don't want to do it. Then don't respond. This was just a idea being tossed out and I'm not going to use up my time to making this when there are more dedicated people that want to contribute to PR.
