New Mapping Tool
Download Now[RA]Digital_Assassin has written a BF2 mapping tool too generate surrounding terrain after the level's primary terrain has been created. The tutorial was written by [POE2]SgtWedge. You can find the tutorial inside the *.rar archive.

Seems to be a fileplanet issue. Might have to do a google search on Bf2HeightmapGenerator.
