Bots to fill out empty server?

I did try searching but didn't find any specific discussion about this.... forgive if this is a rehash.

The TG servers are frequently empty-- bone dry. Heck, server 2 rarely has a soul on it. I was wondering if any thought/effort has been put toward a mod that would add bots when the server was totally empty and then remove them again when there were 'enough' players for a game. (enough being some number to be determined later-- is 4 enough? 8? 16?)

Seeing as the 'official' response to the empty servers is 'if it is empty, then stick around and people will eventually join' but I have a limited amount of leisure time and don't want to waste it loitering in a totally empty server. Be nice if there were bots present to fill the time while I waited for a real game to break out.

Just a thought.

ive played on servers were half were bots, and halve were regualr players, it was interesting, but really easy

If we started using bots we would have to get them to sign the TG Gentleman's Contract and make sure it was in their programming to follow TG rules.
