AT Mine Arming Time
Maybe its a good idea to lower that 'arming' time for an AT mine.
For example, you see an enemy car coming up the bridge you are defending, you lay a mine, but the car goes over it before its armed, the mine instead teamkills the friendly chasing car...
Maybe the arming delay should be set to 1 or 2 seconds, so that a mine becomes active once it really layed.

That seems to annoy me quite a bit, It should be active as soon as it hits the ground in my opinion.

Not sure if its still the same in 1.11, but in 1.1 a single AT mine doesnt kill a car if it runs over it.
An AT mine should vaporize any given car IMO, with tanks and APC's I can understand, with armor and all that.
