There will be many situations which call for admin support. Some of these will require immediate assistance. Here are a few ways to contact an admin.
Teamspeak is the best way to contact an admin in-game. I believe during most hours there is at least on admin in-game. We will make ourselves available through teamspeak. All players are welcome to join the teamspeak channel(s).
Do note however that teamspeak is not to be used for your team communication. Please keep game chatter off of teamspeak.
Teamspeak Information
The best way to get an admin via teamspeak is to first ask if there is an admin present. When one responds to you, then proceed to let them know of the problem you are having. The admin should let you know when the problem has been taken care of.
Other forms of communication include email, Private Message (PM) via
TG forums, Instant Messenger, etc. For these methods, please choose an admin from our
List of Admins and view their profile. In each of the admin's profile they have listed all suitable methods of communicaton.
When you need to contact the admin team, please contact
ONLY ONE admin at a time. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, you may direct another PM to a second admin.
