Yeah... there are a few that try. You find them in the leagues like BFCL or TWL.
You definitely do not find it on any run of the mill public server. Of course, I think that is true for all the games we play here at TG.

Alright, the results are in for the Forum Members choice and this weeks mod will be BF Pirates. So join us Wednesday night at 8pm on the private server for some pirate fun!

Oh god If I don't play this I will be kicked out of the Pirates Platoon for sure, Yarrrghhhh!
But honestly, I am not really into this mod. Unless they optimized this 1000%, fricken slide show for me.

We know which map is the lag map and will not include it in the rotation. We have dubbed it Medicated map.
