Re: Operation Peacekeeper 1-30 @ 8pm
I'm totally against playing this mod (not kidding) As Serbs in Kosovo were the force that prevented this area to come under control of drug dealers and outlaws. And for now this place is nothing but huge bandits lair. And their president is a leader of bandits group well known for kidnapping, drug dealing and mass murders.
See forces in any other mode just have some political neutrality- it is soldiers. I might sound crazy, but I don't wanna play against Serbs. It was easier for me to play for Germany at 1942 even though I'm Russian, than play against Serbs who were betrayed by international community in order to rape resources in Kosovo.
I'm not playing for guys who protect bandits.

Umm... ok. I don't know if it's worth pointing out that the mods are not pushing drugs or protecting bandits. But in order for your absence to impact us, you do have to show up to at least a couple of these events. Regardless, it's still a great mod beyond the real world politics.

I'll see if I can drop by for a few rounds.

Re: Operation Peacekeeper 1-30 @ 8pm
Maybe I'm just tired from a long day, bitchy girlfriend and the rain, but which file do I download? The link you posted shows a list of files from .18 to .21. And the side picture with the jet showing the .21 release doesn't open when clicked. Also, the password ticket looks really cool, but my head is too scrambled to figure out which one is the password. A little hint would be great...
Forgive my confusion today, it's been one of those days.
Thanks,

Zippy, PM on the way to help ya out!
If anyone else has issues, let me know. You want the full .21 client if you don't have a previous version which can be downloaded here:

Re: Operation Peacekeeper 1-30 @ 8pm
Just tried out some of the single player maps. I like the weapons better than POE2, laser dot sights, some kits have the option of a silencer, two types of heavy machine guns... but I noticed there's no engineer kit. How do you repair vehicles, bridges and remove mines?
MercenarieVVV: Politics aside, it's just a game. But if you feel that strong about the EU forces, then why not be on the Serb team and take out your aggression? Hell, I'll even join you:-)
Vodkatonic: I hear ya, but if you knew her you'd know that she would reply "I don't each chocolate because of the fat and suger content... don't you know by now that I don't eat it... WELL, DON'T YOU?!!!" Eventhough once a month we all know that the rules change and so does the menu. I also don't try to buy her clothes, she's a size 2, because if it's too small she'll think she's gaining weight and if it's a little loose she'll think I think she's gained weight! So, she's a little tempermental about certain things... but she's smart, in grad school which gives me time to play while she studies, faithful, and cute (if you like Hawaiian Tropic Girls). But hey get your mind out of the gutter!;-)
Lucky Shot, for us non IHS, will there be a teamspeak channel for OPK on Wed? And is that 8pm EST? I'm PST which would be 5pm.
Thanks again for posting and offering this game.

Re: Operation Peacekeeper 1-30 @ 8pm
If I can convince Khaerus, he may create a TS channel for us for OPK and yes it is 8pm Eastern. Generally, the mods run until about 11pm eastern, but we have had some go as late as 1am.

Re: Operation Peacekeeper 1-30 @ 8pm
Please forgive my ignorance but how do I join the private server. I see a list of servers under members/server passwords. Is it the BF2 server or will it show up in the list of servers of multiplayer? I am really looking forward to getting on tonight.
