Traps!
We were totally uncoordinated in the beginning as I wandered around upper village looking for an AA tube but then we lost some flags and the fight came to us.
These pictures illustrate exactly the kind of stuff I like to set up when I run the traps!
Observation, location, and patience for the right moment to strike. Instead of just picking off a few guys and having them spawn back in on their SL we managed to wait for the whole squad to expose themselves.
Plus excellent use of the spigot AT at farm

Re: Traps!
Ya,,,that was pretty bad!! LOL! We saw the tank, but never saw the dozer. I did manage to get to that flag by driving right by you at the end of the game!!

Re: Traps!
The second picture shows our entire squad being the mice to your trap. We tried many different ways to get to that base, but every angle was covered - even a route that I never tried before that was down through the creek that SAITCHO knew, but you guys were waiting with a tank there too! Are you sure you didn't place a GPS device in Counter=Ops medpac? As C=O mentioned, we finally broke through going balls out in the dune buggy, but by that time is was to late and the round ended:-(
That was a super fun round and the challenges you all put up were great!!! After that, most people left and I played on Namebot's squad for Rolling Thunder, but it was anti-climactic as our only challenge was trying to figure out how many shots it takes to kill the German sides tanks...

Re: Traps!
I had great fun on that map. The USMC just had a hard time getting going really and we stalled too much on the village. Then when we finally did get the bleed, we had squads still going for new flags which opened up back flags to be retaken.
IMO one key to the map for the USMC is to get a squad in the back area to cut off Ukraine reinforcements and spread the defenders out. Our squad had a couple guys go blow that bridge up but were unable to keep it down for long enough. You cut off that bridge and the map can become a lot easier for the USMC.

Re: Traps!
The sad part is we finally managed to get our whole squad at the flag but there was no more time on the map....Was a fun round...we where surprised at how undefended the first two flags where but it got harder deeper inside the map.
