Most aggravating way for me to die:

Our team has no remaining flags to spawn at, there's one last neutral flag, and I'm a gunner in the EuroTiger with our team's best pilot. We are the last two players on our team alive, and I'm singing along to the chorus of Madonna/Justin Timberlake's "We've Only Got Four Minutes to Save the World", holding down the squadchat key so my entire squad can listen in. We have two jets after us, and the mobile AA is drawing a bead on our location. The pilot pulls into a barrel roll in the chopper while popping flares to shake the incoming missiles, and just as we're over the flag, I punch out in a last-ditch desperate attempt to cap the neutral flag and allow our entire team to respawn in. In my moment of glory, I get hung up on the chopper's left rocket pod and get TK'd by the chopper.

No, I'm just kidding. When I spam-drop C4 packs and I forget POE2 only has 4 packs instead of 5.

I'm really not a fan of getting sniped on maps where there are 15 people on each team, and 150 pieces of armor / vehicles each team, and you're team has a 200 ticket lead, and the snipers aren't even trying to flip flags.

and I hate when I lie down in front of Ks fast mover. but I'll get him back for that, someday.

I really don't like convincing myself that the C4 lying next to me couldn't possibly blow up, since I just killed, what, 4 spec ops guys? boom.

Funny, I laugh at almost all the ones listed so far. Dying doesn't bother me as much as it should, even running myself over with a car. Hell, that's the best way to go.

Only one I can think of besides the obvious intentional TK is dingo/dozer, long distance.

When I come to Mantis from behind. He is laying on the ground. I'm pushing 1 to knife him (it is the moment of triumph) but push ` instead, and while I change it to the knife he turns and....voila.
