As Val is my baby. I really enjoy all our weapons and if I don't... then I fix it. :P

Re: <3 m16

As almost all-medic all the time, this is hard for me. I prefer to play Fallen as GER because I'm moving so much, but I've been amazed by long single shots with all 3 (M16 has the best track-record for that, but AK would be next for me, oddly enough). Single shot is wicked if you can get the AK steady, it kills so quickly.

I get killed by the AK more than any other medic gun, I know that for sure.

slight off-topic:
I really like the burst shot on the M16, although since the last update, it seems nerfed. I did 3 full bursts (9 bullets?!) into a guys chest from about 2-3 meters last night on Green Acres and only just killed him in time. I knew he was at full health, b/c he spawned right in front of me. I used to do the same thing with only one, maybe two bursts.
Were the hitboxes changed?

Back on:
You know, I really can't decide. If I had all three in front of me at the beginning of a map? I think the one I'd pick would depend on the map, honestly. My ping makes a much bigger difference than my guns. It hovers around 120 most nights, sometimes as high as 140, but never lower than 80, and that's really rare.

I actually used the PKM pickup on Aces High the other night... that thing is nasty! It doesn't have a scope like the MG36, but it felt just as accurate and maybe even a little more powerful? Anyway - At the north flag, I was able to take out guys wayyyyyyyy up on the top of the hill (by the antennas) with a couple bursts...

A cool moment with that weapon was when there was a SL in the pillbox/bunker just to the northwest. I was defending SL on the 2nd floor of the main building and put the attack marker on it to focus the guys on clearing it. It's got a cliff on the back side of it, so the only way out is through the door facing (or if they're behind, by coming around the left or right side). Just as I did that, someone in the enemy squad popped smoke. I used almost constant fire from the PKM to suppress the door and both sides since I wasn't sure where they were. Just as I did that, a squadmate (leviathan maybe??) made their way up and cleared it out. Suppressive fire in a BF2 engine? yes please

I think we need a hand held one as a pick up kit!
