just wanted to give a shout-out to our squad on spies last night... it's so great when you get a full squad of people using voip. It's even better when, like last night, everyone just seems to know what to do... I'd throw a defend marker down and a "watch North" over voip, and people instinctively formed a line and filled the gaps.
We spent most of the round defending/attacking camp... which can be a little tricky sometimes since you've got sooo much ground to cover and so many ways to be attacked (especially when OPFOR holds two of the three middle flags.)
COUNTER=OPs and
[SD3]Justin were our medics and did a phenominal job - used smoke, asked how much time was left, etc, etc. Even more impressive given the spreading of our squad around camp and the distances they had to cover to get revives. Actually -
Zuljin-2 was also medic for a lot of the round now that I think of it... super solid work by you too
Homer and
UndeadSoldier ended up being my recon guys... they took the initiative to watch our flanks and were rapid-response guys anytime we had action. I coudl just drop an 'attack here' marker, and I know they were gonna put some hurt there.
I'd be more than happy to have you guys in my squad any time!!!
. You all did well in maneuvering around us. When you attacked us from all sides I couldn't find where the SL'ers were hiding. I thought it was you SL'ing and the other squads was a 3dGN player. Your squad would keep getting closer and closer until you were right on us. I was trying to keep you guys far out there so we could just shoot at you as you crossed mostly open ground but there were allot of you all spread out flanking from all directions. When I first saw you go wide for the flag whiskey I new that was going to be your plan. Well good tatics
