Problem is the tank is already well equipped. Machine gun for long range sniping and heap for close quarter combat. By the time I see an infantry at medium range that isnt well suited for a HEAP round its already dead by the machine gun before the cannister is loaded.Id start by doubling or tripling the amount of shards per shell and increase the cone of death. Could you make the pellets bounce around so we could clear room with on shot thru the window?

Why not give every Canister shell pellet a small amount of splash damage and increase the pellet amount? It would be like shooting small HEAP shells. (And remove the M1A2s HEAP of course. Splash damage would be about as close to richoceting in the BF2 engine.)

*Or lower the total amount of HEAP so it's 25 HEAP, 15 Canister.
