Lightbulb Re: Share your BF2 settings.

On regular BF2 i play all settings low in a resolution of 1024 x 768 but in POE I prefer all settings high (exept AA which I better disable with my GF6600) with the same resolution.

Regards
7th

Re: Share your BF2 settings.

When I started out ('nilla BF2) I had the crappy ATI Radeon 128mb card that came with my computer - I no had choice but to run all settings other than geometry on low.

2yrs later I got a 6800 - or what is considered the default (many of you have way better). I couldn't fight the urge to make everything pretty.

But more and more on Fallen/similar maps I feel like all of you are ninjas, and I am a rodeo clown bouncing on a hippity-hop ...I think its time to go back to low settings.

Re: Share your BF2 settings.

The two settings that affect game-play the most are Terrain and Lighting. Terrain controls how far out the grass renders - I'd recommend low here. Lighting makes a huge difference on urban maps - again I recommend low... or at least be aware you're going up against people playing with low

The rest I have high. (Except textures- my x1950xt only has 256MB, so I use medium textures)

Low on everything except Geometry and Texture. (High and medium respestively.)
