I have a pretty busy weekend of family events but I will be happy to set one up early next week.
Looks like you effectively passed the monkey back...hey wait, I usually do that.

Re: running small server
My biggest complaint about 16 players map are those with no uncaps at all. Best setup is fallen. Uncaps bases, 2 capturables ones and the fight usually happen between the two. I hate maps with capturables main bases as it often lead to either flag hopping and capping out the other team, wich lead to more waiting and probably player losses.
As for map choices id skip the jet maps wich are usually too big unless the server is pretty populated and id play those two urban infantry maps more.

Re: running small server
I don't care which map is on as long as Project and Goat are on the other team!

A 20 man I/O server with Fallen16, Orel16, Risen16, and Odessa16. would be nice.

Re: running small server
Fallen any size is a good map, like saitcho pointed out the 16 player config is probably one of the best 16 player because it's a slug fest without a lot of hide and seek like happens on Orel 16 player or the other 3 flag no uncaps.

Re: running small server
Or if it is a map you do not want to play, simply DEMAND the map to be played next... over and over and over again in the chat.
