COUNTER is down again!!*sniff*,*sniff*

I kept feeling a weird heat sensation in my elbow followed by numbness. This is the same elbow I just had re-structured because of a blown flexor tendon from my little ATV mishap.

I'm soo,,,mad!! I had another MRI and the results were,,,,,ANOTHER TEAR!! The doctor swears I lifted something too heavy or jerked it quickly or something to that effect. I have to have it repaired again!! Dammit!! I'll be in a full cast again which will take me away from the game again!! I might be able to log in and just SL or CO. Ugh!! I really don't want to go through this all over again!

Just thinking about the crap I wont be able to do well...easy things like taking a shower, wiping your bottom, shaving, driving, cutting steak....I just want to throw up!

*sigh*,,,I still cracked jokes with my surgeon..Like...Isn't my elbow under warranty from June? LOL! I guess joking about it helps me deal with the crap I'm facing a second time.

Surgery is supposed to be the first half of December. I'll find out in a couple of days.

Well that just stinks. Sorry to hear that Counter. If only it were as easy as getting zapped by the paddles to be good to go. Really though, in the big scheme of things this will go down as an inconvenience for you because you have to live the rest of your life with that elbow and you want it working right. Be a good patient and you will get back at it in no time. This may force you to become the greatest CO in TG, well, maybe not

, but at least one of the best. I will miss running medic with you bro, get well soon.

Counter sprang this news on us late last night, and we all sympathized with him, but...

He wouldn't let me have a crack at that elbow, and I tell you, I can work wonders with duct tape and crazy glue.

Agree...since he needs some help... I purpose to hold his bucket of quarters at the casino. I'll even drop the amount he requests so that he won't over work the good elbow and allow the injured elbow to heal.... Yes, I'll be your "quarter boy".....besides I hear it comes with free mix drinks and hot waitress's....

Emotionally I'm a wreck! I am so upset! I do want it to work right for the rest of my life as jb4 mentioned so I have to get the sugery done. *ugh!*

Goat,,,You always crack me up!! All the gaming machines in Vegas are now on paper tickets. There are no more buckets for quarters.

Micbur,,,I thought about suing my surgeon. LOL! He had to have screwed something up. My wife is pissed.

Fighter...In Vegas we call those tail light warranties. The warranty is only good until we see your tail lights! LOL!

I'll still be playing up until the surgery and then I get to just be bored as SL or CO. I need help in those arena's anyway. It gives me time to brush up.

I think you must have re-injured it from diving for all those quick revives on Fallen.
I'm sure it's got ya bummed out that you have to go through the whole thing again, but at least it's fixable.
Maybe you should let Project do the surgery this time. I hear he's pretty good with a knife.

Hope you have a speedy and full recovery this time around.

You should look into that one sports supplement called Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane (aka. M.S.M., Natural Sulfur, etc.). I heard it helps speed up the healing process for tendons, ligaments, connective tissues, etc. Supposedly helps reduce pain and inflammation, which likely leads to the heat sensation you're feeling. I've also heard that "fish oil" can help increase joint mobility, reduce inflammation, speed healing, etc. Then again, what do I know, I'm certainly no health expert, I'm not in the sports nutrition industry, and I don't sponsor various sports teams with high performance sports supplements...

You should have mentioned this problem earlier, I could have sent you a bottle of the inexpensive MSM stuff.
