Why is there a limit of 20? If enough people show up why not allow 26, 30 or more?

Thanks to everyone who came out and played a few fast-paced rounds of PoE!
I had a great time, even though we got a little smacked around- I must learn how to use a tank. (ah, who am I kidding? I've been saying that for years now...
