Re: Tgif

Great games tonight. Lot of great action.

One funny moment of the night was right when I spawned in and all I heard was "Vrooooom!!!" and less than 1 second later I was nailed by a LAV going full speed which made my body go flying like a pinball.

Aside from that moment I really enjoyed the team work tonight and especially defending flags. Firebase was one of the ones I enjoyed the most.

Re: Tgif

I had a blast as well, though im not sure if my squad did. I had them basically playing defense the entire night. Long distance potshots on Kerch was pretty fun. We were shooting at greasy, who was on the roof at Distro, from a roof on slums. Who fired back the AT rockets?? LOL!!!
People were trying to knife me the entire night.. whats up wit dat!!!!

Re: Tgif

Last night was a lot of fun. Special thanks to all my M249 victims on Kharkiv.

Re: Tgif

Good games. Going back and forth at the Keep flag and Firebase was a blast, especially with such great squad members putting up with my marker spamming no mic ways. Thanks to Squinty, DWB, LBlapo, Blood, Caged, H4H8, Cyco, the others I forgot, and of course Penguineer who always lightens the mood after you get blown up for the tenth time in a row.

Now I know! You kept hitting right around me but I could not figure out where it was coming from. Then I would see somebody take a shot at me from a little bit of distance and assumed that was the person. I knew I would be a big target up there but I had a medic on standby and it was the only effective way to use the PKM.

So is it official last night that we were full? I am about 90% sure I saw a few people kicked to make room for supporting members. It has been a long long time since I have seen that. Really just glad to see everyone come out and play. After all these years people are still enjoying our mod.

Re: Tgif

We hit 60 and BPM being out in force pushed us up that high. When they were done for the night on Kharkiv the population went back down to 40 or so. Good turnout either way but keep spreading the word. The night we get that high without their help we will be in good shape.

Re: Tgif

The punkbuster kicking need to be fixed. Im sure people will stick longer if it doesent keep on kicking players. To help with the kicking I log off between maps and it doesent kick me anymore, but its still a pain.

Re: Tgif

yes drunkbuster kicked me 3 or 4 times last nite....but since the adjustments were made i never get the md5 tools message....cant remember the message now...but it says its for zero minutes instead of 2 minutes so its an improvement. there were 51 players when i joined in. had a lot of fun. at least i gave a lot of people something to shoot at. when you have that many players it seems you also end up having that many more really good players...certainly makes it challenging.
