So is Fallen the only map it is doing that on? Quite honestly I wouldn't play it again since 50% of that round it was simply unplayable for me. Ironically enough it was the only round the 6MD crew played after getting tired of the non- TG play on a vanilla BF2 server.

I had just joined at the start of Fallen and my "connection problems" were worse than ever. The two issues I experienced were the constant rubber banding and then intermitent "connection problems" which were like 5-10 sec lag spikes. It was the worst on Fallen but I also had it on the following maps, just not to the same extent. Those having the rubber banding issues, did you also have "connection problems" popping up?
This is also happening on the TG PR server as well as the TG Vanilla. After a couple of tracerts to server, I'm getting lost hops and have no idea how to go about resolving. Any direction to a fix would be greatly appriciated.

Re: Tgit
Ditto.
I tried to make it fun, by trying different weapons, even knives, to see what was best during the banding, aiming in front of people, whatever. Nothing really worked.
Would be nice to know the exact cause. I was afraid to reboot the server since we had so many people playing.

Re: Tgit
When we did the initial test, I don't remember any major issues with Fallen but we were playing the other version (ie capping flags in order) and only had a few players on the server.

Re: Tgit
The lag thing has happened a lot in the past and it was always on Fallen.

Re: Tgit
^Yep - it has never happened on any other map. I believe it started around when 2.1 came out? - or maybe it was 1.7

That was fun, some good back and forth, you guys held out for the win. I'm digging that map on FL. Then 'normal' Fallen soon after, good times.
