POE ftw

Is there Ever gonna be a new game for the poe group?

Are we gonna be playing The same old mod in 2010? 2011?

I HATE all the other games ive tried, Except for Empire total war.(single player is ok)

Ive even got a Lv. 80 POM in Age of conan.

Theres nothing like BF2.

So, Why are we the only ones playing the best mod?
Why is there no one willing to make a new game for us?

Re: Bf2 ftw

that is an interesting question you ask, there Mr. Drip.

I've had lots of pier pressure to buy ARMA, then TF2, then L4D, then GTA4, now ARMA again. All from Mosely... I think I'll hold out for a BFH key, and or BF 1943.

the group that plays POE is the best, I've just not jumped in, cause well... just didn't want to play for the sake of playing. I've chatted with Goat about the big uninstall. heaven forbid... but its not happened.

so the short answer to your question, what are people going to play? I think they are going to play POE, for a long time.
if you do find something else that offers a similar experience, I'd be interested to hear the revue.

Hey Park,

Haven't seen you in game for a while. Did the Mrs. rubberband your claws? We need a Mainer representative.

I'll save you a spot Tuesday night if you suddenly get the urge again...

Re: Bf2 ftw

hey Zippy, and all for that matter...

its strange, I was an almost every evening sort of target... then server slowed down, and then the tuesday friday thing started and I in on those nights for like 2 weeks... but even with the increased population on those nights. It felt like something was missing.
then, I purposely team killed a guy for stealing my Dingo with me in the gun seat...
that was the last night I played. I still come to the forums everyday, and read the AARs and check out the screen shots. I miss the TS chatter, and I miss the game play I was used to, when I first started.
'Things' or guidelines have loosened in the interest of population maximizing, I can understand that... but it wouldn't be fair to the folks that brought me up the TG way to play that way.

I am waiting for 1943, and BFH, and like everyone else Diablo III, if I see Arma for $10, I might try that too.

I wish you all well, and happy POE'ing... and I might pop back in at some point. thats why I've not uninstalled.

PS - Test, keep sending the rent checks and you can stay in the cabins as long as you like buddy.

Maybe, tried it no, no, tried it no.

IMO None of those come close to an "imperfect POE2"

There's new porn in the outhouse.........

Re: Bf2 ftw

well got my "beta key" in the mail today, yeah I was late to sign up... so I'll try and check out the heroes tonight.

as for ARMA - simple revue is PR with no respawn. so... thats about 5 mins of game play for me, and then 1.5 hours as a bird.

we shall see. I know that won't be anything exactly like POE, back as I remember my first introduction to POE... but... we shall see. as I said when diablo 3 comes out... there won't be a question, I'll be playing that.
