Hey Guys,

I'm throwing this out there, cause, well, this is where my TG friends hang...

I got my Beta Key for Heroes and I was tearing it up last evening with my brother from a texan mother, ThaGoat.

Is anyone else messing around with that insanity??? PM me up, so we can play.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled POE-ness.

I have this also, have only played once though..my user name is the same..but I have no idea how to find certain peeps, or even a specific server, if I remember right it just auto connected me..

Yep the "find a friend" function or whatever it is called isn't working properly, if at all. It seems that you friend must be in a non-full server and the round must be starting right about when you run the search. Odds of that happening are very slim.

You can favorite servers, though, but I haven't really realized how to work that either. I just go with the flow of the random auto-connect thing and end up playing with the same people on a fairly regular basis so it must be aggregating people onto a server based on ping, geographical location or some other factor like that.

On the forums look up Tuga, click on my name and you'll see all my character's names.

Find a Friend Tut: Type the person name in "exactly" with or with out caps... it will either take you to them, tell you the server is full, or give an error. If it gives you an error click the search bout three or four times. Make sure they are on, if they are and they tell you theres room in the server via TS or some form of IM chat restart the game right quick and reinsert their name. Works for me 90% of the time. Some of the failures i'm hearing are because of the match making interferring or not letting you hook to the server properly.

I know this version of BF is outside the standard. But, for all Parkbenchs, Mosley, Fighter and My bestest buds..... go and get ur beta key at the following site....
You have to register, I used one of my alt mail accounts and gave HiTest one.

www.curse.com that site is a WoW forum or something site. On the main page on the right side you will see the link. Click that link and just basic register your info then submit. The page wil change and theres two options. Click the one that says "Take me back to what I was viewing" That will take you back and you can highlight and save your beta key in a .txt file and follow the instructs...also be sure to confirm your membership on that site at ur alt mail.....i'm not sure if it matters or not.. I did.

I have toons on both sides, we are playing the royals mostly. Join us on the TG TS server and we can walk u thru any problems you may have....

Lubs and Hubs my BF brothers and have a blast. Theres three maps to play and they go three rounds each. Be forewarned you will die alot as you level....there has been some probs with hackers and aimbots....most of them fail in using them and its a bunch of lulz.. They are getting frapped and reported and even getting kicked. Usually you call one out and they leave. Also in the afternoons theres alot of the "classic smack talking 15yr olds....ignore them, they usually get off and go away also.

Besides that very few bugs. The "search for friends" is bugged some times. When using it type exactly your friends name and its case sensitive.

Other than that holler at me if you have problems, have fun. The game is a blast, find me and i'll do the "chicken" for ya....lol

Indeed... This is my testament to TGers... Last night... Me, Goat, Fighter, and Mosely found our way through the bugs and ended up all on the same server, and all on the same team... with NO TS, and NO VOIP...

the ideals of TG shine on thru... Its a Cartoon shooter, but there is still success in playing the TG way. hitting flags in numbers, healing friendlies, flanking the enemy... it was awesome!

very good evening... Go get your keys and when not playing POE, come on over and get your goof on. it will never replace the teamwork of POE, and the group that plays it, but... it is a boatload of fun, and with you team filled with friends you can accomplish / have some great rounds.

Well thanks for telling me that you guys play mostly the Royals as HiTest is on the Dark side!!!! Look out im a level 5 as we speak!!!

HiTest.... My best toon is a "neekid" lvl 21 soldier on the National side... TBagJones for the win..hahahah and he's got his limited edition beta parrot on his shoulder to.

I agree with Park to.... PoE is still the most awesome for teamwork, teamwork in BFH works with TS but the cartoonish run and gun is a hoot. I'm fixing to pre-order my server soon. Must host the madness.

I've been in this beta for a few days, I have all 3 classes in the National army (about level 6), and a level 7 Soldier in the Royal army. Flying is a bunch of fun, especially machinegunning tanks or playing chicken with enemy planes. Slicing an enemy off the wing of a plane with your wing is particularly fun!
My characters are westyfield, vonwestyfield, westystein [nationals] and westyfield1 [royal].
Hope to see some of you guys on the cartoon battlefield!

Hmmz.

After much ado with actually signing up and then in, I hit Play Game.

Then! Black screen...

The browser seems to shrink to a smaller square and I don't get anything but this black blob (square) that overlays everything even the desktop

I'm pretty computer illiterate, anyone got any idea why this happens?
