Re: About kicks and messages plz explain.

Hi

I had the same SM issues but got on TS and Perry helped me out.
On another note the POE server was really laggy last nite for everyone in the squad. Is there a problem with the server or was it just traffic?
Pings did`nt seem bad though.

Thanks Perry

Hmm my bullets must have had your name on them tonight, since I never even saw an arty as Killrog was in it. I do wonder since I encountered the redtag bug that night if I maybe saw you, (rocketP) in the red as well.

-In response to Ironclaw. I think I had about 5 to 10 fps less than usual on average, getting me stuck between 15 and 30 fps.dwon from 20 - 35.

-Dice did a heckuva job on the reserved slot business ... as perry just clearified.

Re: About kicks and messages plz explain.

I see your entry in the script file JMaker, so I would just doublecheck your ID.

OK, Tempus, you told me in another thread to update my player ID... now call me an idiot, but I can't seem to find it. Where is it hidden?

Re: About kicks and messages plz explain.

I got kicked tonight about 5 separate times over the course of 20 minutes, each time the message read "your connection to the server has been lost." My player ID number seems to be correct, and my internet connection seems to be working properly. Just mentioning this in case there's some fix I don't know or some upcoming solution I haven't heard of. Still may be occasional problems with my internet connection, I've never had this problem before.

If the script kicks you, it will say something about Fratricide or something like that in a box. Check for that.. Just losing connection to the server would be a connection issue.

Re: About kicks and messages plz explain.

Not an issue for me as an SM, but yesterday I regularly saw kick messages when the server was full, with the reason "Unknown". I can only assume this is for supporting members. I think the reason needs to be put it so people know why they are being kicked.

Re: About kicks and messages plz explain.

It does not really matter at this time since the kick messages do not make it to the client yet. We are working on that.
