    CO smoke barrage sounds very interesting. I like to see how they implement that. It's a good idea especially since you cant depend on using the grass for cover.

    Smoke artillery? Now that would be pretty cool to see. Good to see these guys are up to speed on the community's reactions and concerns.

    Like how the Commander now can only spot in 3x zoom. No more phantom spots.

    One thing. Did they do anything about the tanks taking hits and you not knowing it? You know, your driving a long, and the next thing you know the thing is in the red and smoking?

    Thats most likely lag on your end. It's the same as other times when you hop behind a fence, then all of a sudden you start taking damage from the firefight you just left.

    It happens. in POE and BF2.

    what i was trying to say is that unlike in vanillia when you hear the enemy tank/RPG round hit; you do not hear a thing when in PoE2. The only indication your taking fire is if your glancing at your armor hit point gauge.

    I understand what your saying. Most of the time I can hear when I get hit by a rocket. From time to time, the sound gets lost due to lag.

    The smoke barrage does seem great. They allso balance out the choppers a bit by improving planes' amraam missiles if I'm correct. Also the ukraine chopper has shorter lock on ground targets I believe.

    I hope they fix the hit detection on tanks. There's something really screwy about it, I'll shoot a tank head on at point blank range and it won't take any damage at all.

    I bet that's the angle of collision calculation coming into play. Try to make sure you are hitting a flat surface on the tank.
