POE Objective Mode?
Is there, or will there be, an objective mode a la RtCW? Dual objective mode rocks. If not, is it feasible at all to create it with scripting or something? I know nothing about modding. I tried to find stuff out but info is so scattered I never was able to get anywhere. Would love to work on a custom something just to learn.

I know PoE2 has some different game modes built in, like Nuke. But I don't think they're being run in the TG server rotation right now because the server requires a reboot to switch between game modes.
I think this will be resolved in an upcoming patch though.

They sometimes run Nuke or Frontline on the Private server for MNM.

Support for multiple gametypes is available with the 1.4 patch.
I was on a poe server earlier that switched from conquest to nuke to frontline then back again.
Edit: by the way Nuke is an objective mode. Check out the poe manual via there home page for details.

I have yet to play the other modes, but I've read several reviews that said while the modes are good, they seem to play better with a smaller number of players. So it may not be in the best interest to add them to a 64(62) man server. Again, I have not played them myself, just restating what I have read.
