I think it is a 'push' gameplay style where you can only capture one CP at a time along a fixed route.

Very much like AAS mod. It's a great way to game when you only have a few players. I had a blast playing it yesterday just 2v2 then 3v3 then 4v4 as more people joined the server. Highly recommend you give it a try.
