TG POE2 Server Question

I understand that with low enough settings the grass doesn;t even draw on a lot of maps. With the complete advantage that gives I have to ask a question.
Does the TG POE2 server have some kind of enforced minimum vid card setting thing?

Unfortunately the game engine is setup to be pretty and not necessarily practical.

There is not requirement for players to run the game at certain video settings.

"Support game play in a near-simulation environment. Where the focus of play would not be solely on doing what it takes to win, but doing so utilizing real-world combat strategy and tactics rather than leveraging exploits provided to players by the design of the game engine, regardless of the level of advantage, if any, it gives over the opposing team." -- Tactical Gamer Primer
