x 2 to everything Santa said. I was on the UKR side and it is very true. We were positioned between the flags not at them. In fact my squad was fragmented on either side of our flag cluster and responded accordingly. More than once Santa's squad was sent by the commander to re enforce my squad and thus turn the tide. We were a 3 man fire team and would almost survive a rush by 2 + full squads with ease.
Reasons were mentioned above. Targets were bunched and would go for the revive without smoke. THat meant 2 or 3 kills instead of just 1. Made it very easy to beat a larger number. As soon as we'd kill one, our hidnig spot might be revealed, but 2 or 3 guys in that squad would immediately switch from a weapon to the shock paddles effectively reducing the their shooting strength to less than half. Organization of kits is also part of this.
I think someone estimated about 300 revives. Santa was in the squad with Bleak who had probably all of those.

I was getting VEPR'ed like crazy that map. There were def some tactical issues on our side, but I agree it was mostly the uni/gun.
