Congrats on a well run Server
Have been playing the last couple of nights on the Tactical Gamer's POE server. One thing. The server is awsome.
The thing that sets it appart is the "Force to a Squad or be Kicked". I'm not sure if that is a POE option or some admin function for BF2, but it really focuses people's attention to the fact that BF2 should really be played that way. You hardly ever see that on pubs, but I've seen a lot on the last two nights of playing.
Anyhow, I got to hang out tonight with eGoatBoy and a few other TG peps and had a blast playing in the squad.
Just wanted to take the time to thank you guys for a well run server.

Welcome to Tactical Gamer! Take a second to read through our announcements and sop's... http://www.tacticalgamer.com/battlef...ncements-sops/
You will find that Goatboy is one of the best trainers we have and should consider attending one of the Irregular's practices. Have a great time at TG and hope you stick around.

Hey big! I was in that squad too tonight (I think?) . Got mantis with a double tap at 1 second remaining which caused much shouting at private book's house. A great round. I got side switched and then ejected so I wasnt able to catch up with you guys for the next map. Maybe tomorrow.
looking forward to being a supporting TG at the first of the month.

Yea private, you were there too. Spies like us was mad fun. eGoatBoy asked me to go medic. Our squad went directly to the cabins. We held them until the commander asked us to leave. It was rush after rush that we kept holding off. I laughed when I got top score on our side as medic. I rezed 343987345 peps it seemed like. Anyhow, not gloating bout top score, I just thought it was funny. Was only doing the job eGoatBoy asked me to do

Re: Congrats on a well run Server
Yeah, I really want to second BigGuns compliment to the Tactical Gamers´ server. In all seriousness, it is definately one of the best servers around and I definately prefer it even though I am playing from northern Europe.
Also, being part of a squad containing one or more TG:ers makes the whole experience almost perfect, with tactics, commands and active VOIP. The best times plaing PoE is when your server is close to full and there are some TG:ers around calling the shots (taking active part in commanding the squads).
I would also like to thank TG Sumluv [sp?] for a great experience and being an excellent squadleader earlier this morning ~08,00 [GMT +1]. He really made those couple of rounds great until either the server crashed or I suffered a CTD.
Either way - awesome server, we´ll see eachother in our sights.

Re: Congrats on a well run Server
First off, I'd like to say welcome to TG and that I'm glad you've enjoyed your experience here. Though I've been back to the future the last few days, I mean to jump back on the PoE server soon, and I hope to play with you sometimes.
I think it'd delight you to know that we have a fair European BF2 community here, with an entire in house squad, the E1st Warriors, dedicated to them. Also, two of our admins, PanzerHans and Silver, are the nice kind of Europeans, so you can go bug them at times that are convienent to you.
Happy Shootin'! YEEHAAWW!
