2.) The blades are tilted upward indicating centrifugal force is acting on them. If they wern't spinning, they would be sagging.

Helo's are the one place that Russians(Soviet Union) was ahead of the West. As far as the physical Helo itself. The Electronics of the West(US and allies) were superior which gave us the edge. I was reading some on the KA-50 werewolf/kamov and there was once a joint venture to have it fitted with western electronics and supplied to the turks. However because the an Israeli company built the new canopy and a few other goodies the Turks declined and bought cobra's.

The soviet heavy lift Helo's have all the records. The Mil Bureau can make some rotor craft.
