    I wish you were right. I downloaded and installed it right away. Didn't see the TG POE server in the browser so I typed in the IP. The error message was that I have a newer version than the server. I'll try again, but will I have to reinstall BF2 and POE if that doesn't work?

    Probably.. We can't do an upgrade until PRM gets a new patch out. That may take a week.

    hi Tempus, do you guys use xfire? i started using it and i hope i caught in time the auto download i tried poe2 on another server and it worked, and it worked on project reality i am hoping that i didnt download the 1.41 patch

    My Xfire started downloading 1.41 yesterday, I canceled it before it finished, don't know if it automatically installs patches...

    Any particular reason why? How is POE2 connected with PRM?

    Indeed.. A large portion of our playerbase plays both games. Upgrading one server and not the other will mean that the players can only play on one or the other. Not patching means everyone can still play on both servers.

    I am aware of that. Specifically, is this a server issue or a client issue? Meaning that POE2 and PRM runs on the same server and one cannot be upgraded without disabling the other. Or that the servers arent being upgraded because of the clients (players) inability to run both mods after patching.

    If the servers and clients upgraded, everyone would be able to play POE2 only. not PRM.

    If you have already patched to 1.41 you can re-install BF2 and patch to 1.4 with no need to reinstall POE2 and patch that.... I know, 'cos I done it so I could play the scrim tonight.... it only took around 15 min or so

    I understand why we're not patching the server, but it really sucks to not be able to pub raid since every other server has patched. Might we consider patching the PoE server anyway? I know that PRM can't be patched, but I think that has a distinct player base that will stay with it anyway.
