Props to the BF2 Admins
I just wanted to throw out a quick thanks tonight to the BF2 admins who have always been extremely willing to help out when their is an issue on the server. Tonight was no exception. We noticed some people not following the rules and finally said enough was enough. One guy swore when he was asked to stop breaking the rules, others blatantly disregarded bunnyhopping, bonzai bazooka, and jihad jeeps. We took it for a bit, but then tracked down an admin every time we saw repeated or disrespectful behavior and you know what... The games steadily improved through the course of the night. Quick props to all the Admins who make TG the place it is and especially Jepzilla and FBmantis who were a tremendous help tonight!

I also want to mention that warning is not useless. Some people are actually polite when informed of rules. In one instance, I saw a jeep coming my way and ... boom! I informed the person C4 jeeps were not allowed. He apologized and I did not see him doing it again after.

Re: Props to the BF2 Admins
I too would like to add my thanks to our admins that interupt their own play to come to different servers to help keep our community the way it is supposed to be. I really appreciate what you guys do around here on your own time.

I've only had to bother the admins a hand full of times but every time they were friendly and professional. Thanks guys for taking time out of your fun to handle the mundane and keep TG great.

Re: Props to the BF2 Admins
It's the adherence to rules and the quick termination of rule breakers that drew [TOC] members to your server. We play to have fun. Fun is frequently dampened by @sshats who choose not to work within the framework everyone else abides by.
Thank You Admins for your work in maintaining a great server. |
