I am curious as to how they choose to enforce their "teamplay" attitude and squad support, as they claim, with the atmosphere they appear to promote. Perhaps I shall visit their server in the near future, because of course, I can't get enough of that "[-NM-] manliness".

hmmm... excerpts of the [-NM-] No Mercy clan rules

1. "play to the best of your ability"

2. "work as a team mate when in a squad and support the fight"

3. "support the entire team with your expertise in helis, jets, AA, and arty"

4. "dont be an ______ or teamkill intentionally, otherwise we'll break our boot off in your ___"

Doesn't that sound like much of the TG criteria, sans all the extra words they use? I mean, what's the gripe?

Oh, check out the reply to the post on the [-NM-] site sordavie put up. It just ends the argument on his end.
