Okay, as of the time of this posting they have a bunch of NM guys on the server and seem to be attrating a crowd. Maybe if they showed that much interest in just getting their own server going they could effectively get it as popular as possible for their playstyle. Getting the server seeded is always the difficult part.
If their dissatisfaction with TG is what it takes for them to all get together on their own server to build their own name, so be it.

Great find, how frustrated do you have to be to do something like that?
How frustrating is it to see their empty server right below the populated TG servers?
