In the 5th, we have decided to create TG Learn squads on 2 days a week. This will allow us to still be able to play as a group for the other days of the week, but also to spread the TG gospel to new people on those two days. Tentatively, we are looking at Monday's and Thursdays and are restricting ourselves to the SL plus 2 TG people and then are looking for people we don't recognize to invite into the squad, or people we may, but may not have played with in the past.

In response to the initial post, I crash to desktop regularly only to come back and find my squad filled. So Lucky squad becomes Luckier squad and then eventually Luckiest Squad. Although, I don't tend to kick people out of my squads at the last round of my night, maybe I should.

Before you start kicking people, make sure they actually heard you, if not, they might get the wrong idea about the kicking.

On a related note, don't get mad when you get kicked. I don't know how many times I've been an SL and kicked someone to make room for a squad mate or someone with a mic and the person kicked wasn't paying attention and took it personal. Then they spam chat or make it back in the squad later to rant at you. I don't know many SL's that just kick someone they don't like. I've seen several kids get kicked because they think it's funny they can say all those "dirty" words on the internet. Remember it's a game and more than likely you were kicked for a legit reason or as a courtesy to someone who means more to the SL than you.

This happened recently which I why I bring it up. Be cool, it's just a game.

TOC does not have to kick people very often. We usually get what we want by asking. Seems strange but it works.

"we need to make room for a clanmate, Anyone want to drop for us please."

We always get more spots than what we need.

Well, I wasn't really talking about kicking squad members to make room for friends - it's about SL's closing/renaming their squads when they leave the game or switch maps....

I was thinking that the quality level of people is such that a Sl could ask everyone to change squads so that he could disband that squad.... it would happen without issue. I find very few children on the TG server and belive that most would (and do) respond to courteous requests.
